The Finger Lakes region of New York (FLX) is known for its natural beauty, outdoor activities, and cultural attractions including an abundance of wineries & breweries. The region is made up of 11 long, narrow lakes that resemble the fingers of a hand. The lakes are known for their clear waters, which are ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing. In our humble opinion, it is quite possibly one of the most beautiful areas of the country!
