Meet Hye "Lois" Sartor

Lois brings more than a decade of experience in consultative sales, strategic advising, and negotiation to her work with Bespoke Homes. Before becoming a REALTOR®, she built her career working with Fortune 1000 companies and C-suite executives, managing multi-million-dollar relationships and advising some of her company’s most valuable clients. That experience shaped the way she works today: listen carefully, understand the bigger picture, anticipate challenges, and create a clear strategy for moving forward.

In real estate, Lois brings that same level of thoughtfulness and preparation to every client. From pricing and positioning a home for the market to analyzing an opportunity, crafting a competitive offer, or navigating a complex negotiation, she approaches each decision with her clients’ best interests at the center.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Lois now calls Honeoye Falls home, where she lives with her husband, their three children, dog, and two cats. Lois is fluent in Korean and works with clients in English and Korean. She serves buyers and sellers across Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes, with a growing focus on Pittsford, Mendon, and Honeoye Falls. Her goal with every client is simple: to make an often complicated process feel easier, more manageable, and more successful because they had the right person in their corner.

Favorite thing about the Rochester and Finger Lakes region? Endless lake days, summers that almost make you forget about Rochester winters, and getting just about anywhere without sitting in traffic.
